Candidates must be between 25–45 as of January 2022, reside in a state where the USGLC has an active presence (although exceptions may be made), be available to attend the USGLC’s Annual Global Impact Forum and State Leaders Capitol Hill Day in DC, and demonstrate leadership capability and growth potential. Costs and associated travel expenses paid for by the USGLC.
